About this service
Sunnybrook Audience Reporting is operated by Sunnybrook Welding & Machine Shop Ltd., carrying on business as Sunnybrook Combine Parts (“Sunnybrook,” “we,” “us”). It is an internal reporting tool for authorized Sunnybrook personnel to view audience metrics from connected company social accounts and assess changes over time.
These terms apply to use of Sunnybrook Audience Reporting. Access is limited to users approved by Sunnybrook. When these terms take effect, use of the service is subject to these terms and applicable law.
Connected TikTok account
The planned TikTok connection uses TikTok Login Kit and read-only API permissions to confirm the authorized account and retrieve its follower total. The requested permissions are user.info.basic, user.info.profile and user.info.stats. TikTok controls which permissions and information are available.
The integration is designed to retrieve the account identifier, username, display name and follower count. These permissions do not authorize the app to publish posts, send messages or manage advertising. Website conversion measurement is a separate integration.
An account owner can revoke the app’s access through TikTok’s account settings. Once revocation takes effect at TikTok, the app may no longer retrieve new data. Revocation does not automatically erase observations already stored by Sunnybrook; contact us to request their removal.
Metrics and reporting limits
Reported metrics depend on the connected platform, its API availability, account authorization and the observation time. Counts may change after an observation, and collection can be delayed or interrupted. A daily observation represents the latest count successfully recorded on that date, rather than a guaranteed end-of-day total.
Growth is calculated only when the required dated observations are available on a compatible basis. Missing data is not treated as zero. The service does not create historical follower counts for dates it did not observe.
Audience counts across platforms can include the same people. Follower totals and changes are indicators for business review and should be checked against the platform’s own reporting before important decisions.
Data handling and retention
Sunnybrook uses connected-account information to operate the reporting service, verify the intended account and display audience totals and period comparisons. Access to the dashboard is restricted, and saved API credentials are encrypted on the server.
The current TikTok collector is configured to retain daily follower observations for up to 730 days, unless removed earlier. Credentials and authorization tokens are stored to maintain the connection and may need to be renewed or replaced. Contact Sunnybrook to request disconnection or deletion of retained account observations.
The website’s Privacy Policy provides general website privacy information. Contact Sunnybrook with questions about connected-account data or to request access to or correction of that information.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, or restrict a user’s access, for operational, security or account-authorization reasons. Connected platforms may change or withdraw their APIs independently of Sunnybrook.
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party metrics are complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes to these terms will be identified by an updated effective date and communicated to authorized users through the service or another appropriate company channel.
Ownership and third-party services
Sunnybrook retains its rights in the reporting service and its branding. Connected-platform names, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. Use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s applicable terms. Sunnybrook Audience Reporting is not endorsed or operated by TikTok.
