Our customer has two Claas 8800 combines. One is equipped with the new Sunnybrook Raptor XD APS drum. When the dew came out, the 8800 which wasn’t Sunnybrook couldn’t feed the oats, while the one with the Sunnybrook’s APS drum never slowed.

Reviews & testimonials
Running Max Thresh up front on our JD 9770 gave us the cleanest winter wheat sample I’ve ever seen. It was a night and day sample difference vs the competitor’s concave. Losses were ok with both but about a 3% dockage difference between his two machines when the took the sample in to get tested.
We have had very positive results with Sunnybrook products. We have installed various components in S series, Claas and most recently in John Deere X9 combine. Durability, grain quality and overall performance have been consistent in all cases.
Gotta be the best concaves we’ve ever used. I’ve been driving combines for 30 years and have never seen the same success with any other concaves!
We have sunnybrook concaves in both our combines and would not have anything else.
I have been running Sunnybrook cylinders for nearly 20 years. You can run your cylinder much slower, especially in canola. It makes a combine out of the machine. Tough conditions you do not plug and nearly no maintenance.
Sunnybrook was great to deal with being a 4 1/2 hour drive to the southeast. I had new rub bars bolted and welded to my rotor and balanced. I was back home in the same day!
My grain buyer always asks me, how my cracks and splits are so low. I tell him, well, it is because I have Sunnybrook concaves!!
The great staff at Sunnybrook Welding have helped me out with customized machined parts for a lot of my farm equipment over the years, even my old Massey-Ferguson. They have a great eye for detail.
The folks at Sunnybrook are friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile for you.
Sunnybrook concaves are tough as nails and quick to change out when they do catch a rock or two. I wouldn’t waste combining time using a factory concave unless I really had to.
