A If you send us your brand’s machine specs, we can then let you know your best options for upgrading your combine parts. Providing grain producers with better combine accessories to help get crops off more efficiently is an essential element of our business.
Q What makes your concave design unique?
A Rocks are a reality when working in soil. One large stone can instantly destroy a threshing box concave. With Sunnybrook’s ground breaking modular system, damaged concaves can be swapped out fast and easy to get you back in the combine’s driver’s seat soonest possible.
Q What variety of crops do your component upgrades work best with?
A Sunnybrook Welding features beaters, cylinders, concaves and rotors to improve your efficiency whether you harvest small grains such as canola or larger grains, including corn.
Sunnybrook concaves are tough as nails and quick to change out when they do catch a rock or two. I wouldn’t waste combining time using a factory concave unless I really had to.

I have been running Sunnybrook cylinders for nearly 20 years. You can run your cylinder much slower, especially in canola. It makes a combine out of the machine. Tough conditions you do not plug and nearly no maintenance.
