Concave consists of main frame and 4 rod separator inserts. The Rod Separator insert is a very passive insert; its main function is to separate with as little damage as possible. It would be used in edible bean crops to reduce dockage due to splits or cracks or with dry canola conditions moving the crop residue with as little damage as possible.
