RETURN policY

- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sunnybrook Combine Parts. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. This Policy applies to all products purchased through the Dealers, or directly from us where a Dealer may not be.
- ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories as applicable.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be confirmed.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items that have been used, damaged or altered.
- Items marked as "Discontinued" or "Obsolete" in our current product line-up
- Items purchased over 1 year prior
- RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team 780-789-3855 or info@sunnybrookwelding.com to inform them of your intention to return or exchange the item.
- Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Note, that all returns must have a Return Authorization before being accepted as returns. Any product arriving without a Return Authorization may not be issued credit.
- SHIPPING COSTS
- For eligible returns due to product defects or manufacturing errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns or exchanges, the customer/ dealer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- REFUND PROCESS/ RESTOCKING FEES
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the credit to the Dealer account or customer account within 2 business days.
- Please note all returns will be issued a credit on account that is not for cash refund, with no exceptions.
- For returns within 30 days of purchase that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the credit. For returns received between 31-90 days, the restocking fee will be 20%, and anything beyond 90 days will be deducted a restocking fee of 25%.

- WARRANTY TERMS & LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the company or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the possibility of such damages. In any case, the Company’s and its suppliers' entire liability under any provisions shall be limited to the amount paid by the purchaser for the product. Warranty for manufacturing defects will be authorized and accepted within 1 year of the farmer’s purchase of the product. The product shall not be considered for warranty if it is deemed to be normal wear and tear on the item. The warranty offered by Sunnybrook Combine Parts is for manufacturing defects only and is limited to the product itself exclusively but not limited to any claims for installations, machinery or equipment damage, crop damage, or losses.
