SBLX836 CHEVRON WIDE-BODY IMPELLER/ BEATER The impeller has a staggered paddle design with Chevron centre V-nose, serrated knife, and vane to keep material divided for feeding into the rotors. Staggered paddles improve material flow and eliminate plugging. Tools are boronized for extended wear and the high inertia design requires lower power and saves fuel. Boronizing, is a thermo-chemical hardening process usedto improve the life and performance of metal components to strengthen resistance to corrosion and abrasive wear.,

Sunnybrook concaves are tough as nails and quick to change out when they do catch a rock or two. I wouldn’t waste combining time using a factory concave unless I really had to.

Sunnybrook makes a combine out of the Machine

I have been running Sunnybrook cylinders for nearly 20 years. You can run your cylinder much slower, especially in canola. It makes a combine out of the machine. Tough conditions you do not plug and nearly no maintenance.
